You Know Best (Not Father!)

When you are considering a Job Change, New Career or Starting Your Own Business you will want help. You want whoever knows best to steer you in the right direction.  If it’s not your father then it’s a friend or favorite professional.

As a Professional Coach and Emotions Management Expert, I provide intuitive feedback, input, emotional support and suggestions.  In the end it is up to my client to make the final decision.  I truly believe my clients know what is best for them.  After navigating negative thoughts and self-limiting self-talk they connect to their inner wisdom and make a confident choice.

A client comes to see me to solve a specific problem.  We explore options and obstacles deciding on a particular path to take.  It’s not uncommon to notice my client feeling uncomfortable.  Something is not right.  After acknowledging this we explore why.  What I uncover is a weaker support system then they initially shared.

A weaker support system is related to resources.  Your most valuable resources are financial, time, energy and people.  These are impacted by your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.  Be sure your professional counselor or coach does a through assessment. It is very easy to miss important information if you don’t ask the right questions.

My motto is “More and Better Questions lead to More and Better Results!”

Hire “good” professionals to help you achieve your goals.  Listen to what they say. Make decisions from an inner knowing and out of a calm and confident place.  In the end, you need to make the final decision because you know best!

Have an important decision you are tired of not making?  Let me know if you would like my help.  An “are we a good fit” phone conversation is the first step.  It’s free!  Call now 🙂
