“Get Much More for a Lot Less”
A business coaching group is a great next step or addition to individual business coaching. More for less, sure sounds like a no brainer. Get more value and pay less money. Sign me up! A MarGO business coaching group is very different from a leads or referrals group. My motto applies in a big way. “It’s all about relationships and it’s all about love”. Leads or referrals come out of the relationships. There is no requirement for giving out referrals. My individual and group clients learn simple and easy to use techniques for managing their stress, fears, and frustrations. They also learn how to become master networkers! Group-coaching clients provide new perspectives, invaluable insights and support for each other. There is nothing out there like a MarGO Group!
Putting these groups together takes time, persistence and patience. A formula for success! After creating an ideal member profile, I strategically network to find the finest folks. The groups are comprised of six to eight complementary and non-competing self-employed professionals or business owners. Most group members have worked with me individually. Some will combine group coaching with a monthly individual session. It’s definitely not necessary for getting a good grade! As with individual coaching packages, a three-month commitment is required. I don’t have a magic wand J
We meet twice a month from 10:00am till 11:30am. This allows members to maximize their valuable time. They can deepen their connection through a one-on-one meeting before (breakfast or coffee) or afterwards (lunch). Adding additional face time has a huge impact on the results. It increases the level of intimacy and inspires more interest in making introductions!
Before joining a business coaching group, a potential member must meet for a complementary interview. This meeting can be done in person or over the phone.
